The Dragon Scales Sweater is inspired by dragons and the delicate sensitivity hidden beneath their scales. It features a unique textured pattern that echoes these mythical creatures’ scales, creating a striking yet elegant look.
Worked seamlessly from the top down in the round, it begins with a twisted rib collar before shaping the yoke. The yoke showcases scales formed with beads, slipped stitches, and cables. An inserted I-cord adds dimension, followed by a delicate bead pattern resembling lace—symbolising the soft skin beneath the scales.
The body and sleeves are worked in smooth stockinette stitch, finished with twisted rib hems and cuffs for a polished touch.
