1. Where are your physical stores located?
We have two Morris & Sons stores in Australia:

3. How can I tell if I'm on the official Morris & Sons website?
We've become aware of a fraudulent website impersonating Morris & Sons by copying our branding, product images and content.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer worldwide shipping to craft enthusiasts everywhere. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on international shipping rates and delivery times.
At the moment, we've temporarily paused shipping to countries within Europe while we work through new international shipping requirements introduced from 1 July 2026. We're working hard to find a solution and hope to resume shipping as soon as possible.
We've also temporarily paused shipping to the United States while we work through changes related to import tariffs.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
6. Do you offer Click & Collect?
At the moment, we don't offer Click & Collect for online orders.
Our online store and our Sydney and Melbourne stores operate on separate inventory systems, so stock availability can differ between locations.
If you'd prefer to collect your purchase from one of our stores, our team can help you place a phone order based on the stock available at that location.

7. Can I return an online order in-store?
Yes. You’re welcome to visit one of our stores with your online order confirmation and proof of purchase, and our team will assist you with the return.
If you’d prefer to return by post, please contact our Online Team at online@mail.morrisandsons.com.au before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
Please note that while online orders can be returned in-store, they cannot be collected in-store.
8. What is your return policy?

9. Are there crafting courses and classes available at Morris & Sons stores?
Yes, we regularly host crafting courses and classes for all skill levels. Every month a new class and/or course is released! Keep an eye on our Knitting and Crochet classes page for upcoming sessions.

If you’ve purchased a digital pattern, you can access it through your order confirmation or your customer account.

15. Is your store accessible to people with mobility challenges?
Accessibility Information
At Morris & Sons, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our customers. Below is some important information regarding accessibility at our Sydney and Melbourne stores:
Sydney Store:
- The entrance to our Sydney store is accessed via three steps from street level. While there is no ramp access at the moment, we are mindful of this and always looking for ways to improve accessibility.
- Once inside, the store is on a single-level floor with no further steps.
Melbourne Store:
- Our Melbourne store is located on the first floor of the Collins Street Centre.
- The store is positioned right next to the buildings main elevator, making it easily accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility needs.
- Escalators are also available for convenient access.
