Cancellation Policy
If we cancel a class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can’t attend:
- You’re welcome to send someone in your place — just let us know so we can update our attendance list.
- Refunds can be requested up to 5 business days before the class start date.
- Transfers can also be requested up to 5 business days before the class start date.
- No changes can be made after this time.
Missed Class Policy
For single-session classes:
- Refunds can be requested up to 5 business days before the class starts.
- Transfers can be requested up to 5 business days before the class starts.
- No changes can be made after this time.
For multi-session courses (3 or more sessions):
- Refunds or transfers can be requested up to 5 business days before the first session.
- Once the course has started, no refunds or transfers will be available.
- Missed sessions within a course cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred individually.
If you miss the first class:
Please come into the store to pick up your kit beforehand. You can then choose to catch up in one of two ways:

1:1 Session – Book a 30-minute one-on-one session with your teacher (subject to availability) directly before Week 2, at a discounted rate of $35.
To make the most of this session, please pick up your kit in advance and review the introductory videos via the link or QR code in your class booklet.
- Self-Paced – Alternatively, you can review the instructional videos on your own. Your teacher will help you consolidate your learning in the next class.
If you miss later classes (Week 2–4):
Please refer to the relevant instructional videos for that week’s techniques. Your teacher will assist you in catching up during the next session.
Personal Belongings
Please note that Morris & Sons cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings while you are on our premises. While our classes are friendly and generally problem-free, we recommend keeping your belongings secure and within sight at all times.
