Description

The Ingrid Sweater Man is a top-down knit featuring a rich texture pattern made up of three distinct stitch sections. It starts with the back yoke, worked flat and shaped with short rows to contour the shoulders. The shoulder sections are picked up and knit separately, then joined to form the front yoke. Front and back are connected at the underarms, and the body is worked in the round to the hem. Sleeves are picked up and knit in the round, and the neckline is finished with a folded rib edge for a clean, structured look. Be sure to knit a swatch and check both row and stitch gauge to ensure proper fit.

Size guide

The Ingrid Sweater Man is designed to have approx. 20 cm [7¾ inches] of positive ease.

Before beginning your project, measure yourself to determine which size to knit. For example, if you measures 103 cm [40½ inches] around your bust (or around the widest part of your upper body) you should knit a size L. A size L sweater has a bust circumference of 128 cm [50½ inches] which in the given example would give you 25 cm [9¾ inches] of positive ease.
