Have you been working away on Knit the City Blocks?
Need some guidance for the final steps?
We are pleased to welcome Sydney designer Jake Henzler back to Morris and Sons with his assembly and finishing workshop. 
Skills covered:
- Arranging blocks into balanced compositions
- Joining blocks side-to-side
- Joining rows of blocks top-to-bottom
- Single crochet border
- Sewing in ends


What to bring:
- At least 6 completed blocks of the same size
- A crochet hook (the same size as the needles used to knit the blocks)
- A yarn needle
- At least 10gm of yarn in the window/pavement colour of their blocks (for seams)
- At least 20gm of yarn (for crochet edging)
- Scissors
- Sewing pins or safety pins
- Your copy of Knit the City for reference

Duration: 1 x 2hr session

Location: Morris and Sons: 50 York St Sydney NSW 2000

Skill Level

This workshop is intended for those who have a Jake Henzler project in the works. Having 6 completed Knit the City blocks will be required to participate in the learning activities. No previous seaming experience required.
