Morris & Sons is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Mascot warehouse. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting both our wholesale operations and our growing eCommerce fulfilment — ensuring our stores and online customers receive accurate, timely orders.

What you'll do
- Receive, check and accurately put away incoming stock
- Pick and pack wholesale and eCommerce orders with care
- Prepare parcels for dispatch, labelling and courier collection
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
- Enter and update data in our ERP system
- Use Microsoft Excel for stock tracking and reporting
- Assist customers via phone and email with order enquiries when required
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills (phone and email)
- Comfortable lifting and handling boxes up to 15kg regularly
- Solid computer skills, including Excel and ERP systems
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Previous Walkie Staker forklift experience is a bonus (training provided)
Work environment
- Based at our Mascot warehouse (close to public transport)
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Physical role involving standing, walking and lifting
- Fast-paced during peak order periods
