Do you have the energy, warmth and creativity to lead a room of passionate makers? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic facilitators to host craft classes and help shape our growing community in Sydney and Melbourne.

About the Role

You’ll teach in-store classes and special events, create teaching materials, assist with developing online courses, and be an active part of our vibrant craft culture. This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who loves guiding others through the joy of making.

What You'll Do

  • Run fun, inclusive craft classes for beginners to advanced levels

  • Develop patterns, samples and clear teaching resources

  • Help shape new online courses and tutorials

  • Engage with the community in-store and online

  • Contribute to our creative culture and customer experience

We're Looking For

  • Experience in knitting, crochet, or other textile crafts

  • A warm, engaging personality and excellent communication skills

  • Confidence leading small groups and teaching techniques

  • Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit

  • Based in Sydney or Melbourne
