We are looking for a new
Melbourne Store Manager.
You will be motivating your team and leading by example to achieve the store targets and KPIs, as well as getting amongst the stock management and visual merchandising, ensuring the store always looks immaculate.
A Morris and Sons Manager will constantly be coaching and developing their team to help them reach their goals, most of all… you will be the face of the Morris and Sons brand in-store and on socials.
DUTIES/EXPERIENCE
YOU WILL...

Have a high level of knowledge regarding knitting or crochet or both!

Drive your team to provide amazing customer service and help them to deliver on team targets and KPIs.

Create succession planning within your team to ensure they can successfully progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.

You will be responsible for the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and Stock Management processes.

Create effective rosters, so that your store is always functioning to its optimal potential whilst managing wage costs.

Analyse and interpret data to maximise sales opportunities.

Play a role in product planning and category development.

Participate in our online social contribution to help grow your store and the brand at large.
