Never knitted before but have been wanting to learn?
This class will walk you through the basics of knitting, including how to hold the needles and yarn, the two stitches - knit and purl, casting on and off.
This class is suitable for complete beginners. A new group starts every month!
This course is designed for the absolute beginner and/or those who haven’t knitted in a long time and need refreshing.
*Please note: These classes are intended for adults. If you are looking to book for anyone under the age of 16, please contact the store to discuss.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to make your own version of the scarf below, read and adapt the pattern to your own project. You’ll learn all of these skills:
- Casting on and off
- Knit and Purl stitches

If we must cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.
What if I am unable to attend one of the classes of the 4-week course?
Our classes and courses are non-refundable. However, as part of the learning material, you will gain access to additional online learning content designed to support the weekly classes. For a small additional fee, we can also catch you up on any classes you miss for legitimate reasons.

Bookings can be made up to the last minute but do sell out! Book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Our courses and classes are non-refundable. Unless we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list, we cannot issue a refund. If you cannot make it, please contact us to investigate your options or give your voucher to another person.If we must cancel a class, you will receive a full refund.
Minimum class size is 4 students. If your class is cancelled, we will contact you and issue a full refund. We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible to reserve your spot and ensure minimum enrolment.
Maximum of 7 participants.

This class size offers the perfect balance between personalised attention and group interaction. We strive to offer all participants an equal opportunity to ask questions, participate in discussions, and receive individualised feedback. We're confident that this class size limit will help you get the most out of your learning experience, and we hope you'll join us in one of our classes.
The prepared content for this course is expected to take 8 hours to deliver. A maximum of 2 hours each week, over the period of 4 weeks. Please note that the duration is an estimate. While we recommend one's availability for the specified time frame, the actual duration may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
PAYMENT TERMS The course costs $ 245 per student and runs for 2 hours a week, for 4 weeks. Payment is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. Supplies for the first class are provided and you will be advised on what additional supplies you’ll need. Bookings come with a 10% off single-use voucher that you can use to buy more materials.
