Are you passionate about yarn, knitting, crochet, and all things handmade? Morris & Sons is hiring casual Craft / Sales Consultants to bring warmth, knowledge, and inspiration to our customers in Sydney and Melbourne.
This is a customer-facing retail role with a creative twist. You’ll assist crafters at every level, share your product expertise, and help create an inspiring in-store experience.
What you'll do
- Provide friendly, personalised customer service
- Offer product advice and project inspiration
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process sales and manage stock replenishment
- Support store events and promotions

- Confidence in a retail or customer service setting
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a team mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
- Comfortable using POS and retail systems
